The four ways we can help keep our inflammation levels down, which means we have several options to help ourselves.

Moving
. Being out of breath for 10, 20, 30 minutes per day can boost your immune system for THE WHOLE DAY. SUBSTANTIALLY. See here his video explaining why.

Hydration. This is one of the easiest ways you can help yourself - and you can start now! Try for 15oz. of water one 1/2 hour before every meal.

Diet. Cutting back on processed foods and adding in more whole foods. And repeat! This area Dr. Brad focuses on today and more to come.

Mental health. Lots of feelings are ok. Practicing good self care helps your whole self.
