If you know Dr. Brad, you know he values the health benefits of exercise. Patients have asked for his recommendation of an exercise routine they could do at home.
Check it out! With simply a bungee cord, light dumbbells, and a stable chair, you can exercise the main muscle groups and get in some cardio as well.
SOME TIPS
The push-ups can be adapted to be on your knees.
You can start at five reps and build yourself up to 20 with any of these moves.
For weights, you can use soup cans or whatever weight is comfortable for you; Dr. Brad recommends lighter weights and more reps for healthy muscle building.
This routine is balanced, as you will work out opposing muscles— a good workout that Dr. Brad recommends daily.
