HEY NORTHERNERS!
Are you getting the chance to head south to vacation in a warm climate?!?! GOOD FOR YOU!
And for you to really enjoy soaking in the sun you want to avoid getting sick. (And you want to stay healthy when adjusting to getting back home!)
WHAT’S TRICKY FOR YOUR BODY WHEN SHIFTING INTO A WARM CLIMATE.
Even for a short bit, going from the cold north to the heat of the south, our liver gets confused. It thinks, it’s spring! And what comes with spring is the liver kicks in to it’s spring cleaning. Cleansing itself for our own good, but that leaves us at risk for catching viruses that we would normally clear through our liver and fight off.
A SIMPLE THING YOU CAN DO TO HELP.
Take 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a small cup of water two times a day. Make sure the apple cider vinegar has pulp in it, the Bragg's brand is great.
Apple cider vinegar does a great job of stimulating the liver so it can keep clearing viral load, versus getting overloaded and taxed.
You can also keep up with eating an organic apple a day. (Yes, an apple a day can help keep the doctor (virus) away!)
And as always, being out of breath for at least 10-minutes a day, keeping up on 45-60 oz. of water and getting outside for a good hour a day can prevent a lot of illness.
