SUPPORTIVE EXERCISE FOR THE ROTATOR CUFF AND OVERALL SHOULDER

Is your shoulder stiff? Limited in range of motion? Does it flare up now and then?

You may benefit from some shoulder rotation exercises.

The rotator cuff is made up of four muscles; the subscapularis, teres minor, supraspinatus, and infraspinatus that work together to assist the shoulder joint and arm movements.

Careful exercise can boost the specific muscles that haven’t been doing their job. Recovery through exercise can help improve strength, movement and reduce pain.
